Spinach Popsicles & Sun

I’ve turned into one of those tricky moms. One that kids shouldn’t trust. Lucky for me, my kids haven’t clued into it yet! Today I made them spinach popsicles. By the way, they taste way better than they sound! Spinach, strawberries, yogurt and cottage cheese. Mmmmmm.
